1990520 Jesus meets disciples on a mountain in Galilee – Matthew 28:16-20, Mark 16:15-18 May A.D. 29 Capernaum
But the eleven disciples went into Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had sent them. And when they saw him, they bowed down to him, but some doubted. And Jesus came to them and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore, into all the world, and preach the Gospel to the whole creation. Make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages; they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” And behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the world.” Amen.
