And Jesus went out from the temple, and was going on his way. As he went out, some were talking about the temple and how it was decorated with beautiful stones and gifts. One of his disciples came to him to show him the buildings of the temple and said to him, “Teacher, see what kind of stones and what kind of buildings!” But Jesus answered and said to them, “Do you see these great buildings? You see all of these things? Most certainly I say to you, as for these things which you see, the days will come, in which there will not be left here one stone on another that will not be thrown down.”
